Delivery:
All Jheez Deliveries are dispatched within 1 working day of your order. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Unless you purchase our gift wrapping service this will be shipped via DHL's Express Service giving you next day delivery if you order before 12pm.
International Delivery's are shipped with DHL's Express Service. This means no matter where you are the world we can get parcels to you quickly.
Returns:
Our Returns policy is straight forward we will be happy to refund garments that have been unused within 7 days of your order. Here at Jheez we promise to provide the best quality. So we also promise to exchange items that have a factory fault within 14 days BUT we will refuse to exchange if item has signs of misuse so be sure to follow care instructions provided inside each item.
Due to the nature of some items we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
